
WHAT WE DO
Mat Pilates - Traditional Mat Pilates with strengthening of the core and lengthening
of the upper and lower body muscles. An effective mind body class that incorporates some standing balance work.
Please bring your own sticky mat to class.
Bosu Training - A cardio, strength and balance workout incorporating the Bosu, a trademark balancing tool. The Bosu is an exercise saucer on a sturdy platform that enables the participant to jump and balance on this 1/2 ball. Resistance training is done while standing on the ball. Abdominal work in added while sitting on the ball.
Weight and Resistance Training - A strength training class that involves band and dumbbell workouts for all levels of fitness. Progress to higher pound weights every class for dramatic strength and sculpting. Bosu may be added for the abdominal workout.
PiYo - A trademark combination of Pilates and Yoga. A superb mind/body class with both Pilates and yoga poses flowing into one dynamic class. A few ballet positions will be added for core, leg and arm strength. Please bring your own sticky mat to class.
Please bring water bottles to all classes.
